My Services
Program Evaluation
I can evaluate the progress or impact of one of your programs. This typically includes a research plan, data collection, analysis, writing up report(s), and supporting you to use the results.
I rely heavily on collaborative, participatory, and mixed-methods evaluation.
Surveys
I design surveys with positive user experience in mind, and most importantly, providing data that is actionable.
If you have an idea for a survey, I can work with you to design and implement it from start to finish. Likewise, I can provide feedback and ideas for improvement on an existing survey.
Strategic Planning
Big or small, I can help you and your organization set up a strategic vision, goals, and a measurement plan to monitor progress. I can also facilitate the development of a logic model and/or theory of change.
I specialize in participatory planning methods.
Workshops
I design and lead engaging workshops for your staff to help you build a culture of learning or capacity to conduct evaluation.
Some of the workshops I have led in the past include:
Creating a theory of change
Program Evaluation 101
What is impact and how do you measure it?
Designing a monitoring and evaluation system
Using data for learning
Anti-white supremacy culture leadership series
Racial autobiographies as a tool for anti-racism
Equity Goals
Do you have goals related to increasing equity or breaking down white supremacy culture at your organization?
I can help you develop meaningful ways to measure these outcomes and monitor your progress.
Operationalizing Evaluation
Are you a nonprofit leader who wants to hire an in-house evaluator to help drive learning and ensure you have the data you need to make an impact?
I can help you operationalize your plans for evaluation at your organization. This could include developing a strategic plan and budget for internal evaluation, developing a hiring plan, support with recruitment and hiring, and support with onboarding.
